A line of thunderstorms will develop across the area by early afternoon around Noon et and move into Central GA. This line may develop at or near Atlanta and move south and affect mainly central georgia early on then a second line will develop later in the day across North GA and will affect Atlanta by late afternoon and evening.
Damaging winds will be the most likely threat although an isolated brief small tornado may develop out ahead or along the lines.
The best chance for anyone to see a Tornado today will be in anywhere across North & Central GA and i’ve bumped up the chance just a little to now 30%, although again the MAIN THREAT will still be damaging winds but any threat of a tornado is dangerous.
